Walking on the farm
- Set in 400 acres, Caebetran Farm is a livestock farm. You can walk through the fields and woods so please feel free to explore during your stay. Just make sure that you always close the gates (even if you can’t see any livestock). And please stick to the countryside code.
Waste removal and recycling
- We are keen on recycling here at Caebetran Farm and have the facilities to ensure our guests are too. Please rinse out and separate cans and bottles, then put them in the labelled bin under the sink. Leave lids on any bottles, jars etc. When these bins are full please transfer your rubbish to the appropriate dustbin.
Our dogs
- We are a working farm and do allow you to bring your WELL BEHAVED dogs on holiday with you (please let us know at time of booking) and no doubt your will meet ours during your stay. They are Taffy the Welsh Collie, Scampy the Jack Russell Terrier and Elton & Buddy the Farm Cats.
Cars
- When driving, please approach the house and cottages cautiously. We often have children, two dogs and two cats playing outside or on the lane. Parking available outside each cottage.
Heating & Hot water
- The cottages and farmhouse are supplied with heat and hot water from a centrally located system.

This statement describes the access, procedures and facilities at The Stable & Granary at Caebetran Farm, as they might apply to, and for the benefit of persons with disabilities.
We would wish your stay with us to be as comfortable as possible, so please do not hesitate to ask if you have any concerns about access or there is anything that would make your stay more enjoyable.
The cottages date from the 17th & 19th Century and have many original features and therefore although every effort has been made to make The Stable & Granary as accessible to as many people as possible this may at times be more difficult for people who are wheelchair bound or with other severe mobility disabilities. Please note all bedrooms are on the 1st Floor via a staircase.
General Information
- All cottages are self catering. Welcome Pack is placed in each cottage ready for your arrival.
- Mobile phone coverage is good. Internet access is provided by Wi-
Fi. - Public transport. The nearest bus stop (4 miles)
Emergency Action Information
- Smoke detectors are fitted in all cottages. Fire Extinguishers are placed in each cottage.
- Emergency information is detailed in the guest information packs in each cottage, adjacent to all fire fighting equipment, and can be communicated verbally if required.
3. The emergency assembly point is in the entrance to the farm.
Fire risk
Please be aware that your own possessions could be a fire risk.
We request that any personal electrical items in poor condition are not used in the cottage. Also please ensure that electrical equipment that generates heat is not used in a flammable situation. Eg don’t plug phone chargers near waste bins, or place your laptop on the beds.
Mobility Access
- The car park is laid to Tarmarc. This area is well lit at night time.
- Lighting is provided by the main door to each cottage.
- Access to the cottages is via tarmarc, gravel paths and stone paths.
- Due to the age of the complex some of the paths are a little uneven.
- Bedrooms are on the 1st Floor via a staircase.
Hearing Impairment
- There is Sky TV in all the cottages.
- Guests are always shown to their cottages and everything about the cottage is explained at that time.

- There is Sky TV in all the cottages.
